Secardeo certRA is a PKI registration authority (RA) software that supports the personalization of smartcards and tokens in conjunction with a Windows PKI. Secardeo certRA supports secure key generation and the archival of the private encryption key for smartcards and tokens. Key archival is important to recover encrypted data if the encryption key is lost of the smartcard is damaged. Additionally, Secardeo certRA provides a flexible PIN/PUK-Administration that supports the RA Administrator during smartcard personalization and increases the security of the registration process. It is also possible to print hidden PIN-letters.
