Automated PDF signature with SECARDEO PDF-Gate
Signer:
SECARDEO
PDF-Gate Signer™ is a server application for
the automated creation of bulk PDF
Signatures. This software solution enables
for example E-Billing in PDF format with
signature cards and qualified certificates.
The recipient may verify the signature
manually using
Adobe Reader without additional software or
in an automated way using our PDF-Gate
verifier.
The latest version of the SECARDEO PDF-Gate
signer provides an improved performance and
supports further signature cards (Multicard
2.0 from D-Trust, qualified TC TrustCenter
signature cards) and
additional features.

Verification of PDF signatures with
SECARDEO PDF-Gate
Verifier:
SECARDEO
PDF-Gate Verifier™
is a server application for an automated
signature validation. It may enable for
example the integration of signed PDF
documents with E-Business applications.
Using the SECARDEO PDF-Gate Verifier,
signature workflows can be automated on the
basis of PDF signatures. Our solution is
accompanied by a signature field editor for
MS Office for the creation of PDF documents
and forms to be signed.

LDAP certificate repositories:
Digital certificates contain the public key
of a user which may be used to encrypt data
for this user. In an LDAP directory
(certificate repository), digital
certificates of a PKI are stored centrally.
Users may retrieve certificates of their
communication partners via the certificate
repository. A user can rely on the currency
and trustworthiness of these certrificates.
Secardeo has developed a solution which
consists of an LDAP certificate proxy and an
LDAP broker. The LDAP proxy enables secure
access to existing certificate repositories
without a need for changes at the client. It
supports interoperability with different
client applications and implements
mechanisms for access control and privacy.
The LDAP broker integrates different
certificate repositories using a unique
interface and providing transparent access
to multiple repositories to a client.
